Life Lately...!

Good Monday to you all! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekends. I sure did! Today I'll share a little story and some pics of my life lately.....

Saturday my sister, cousin, and I went to a few wineries and out to lunch. We had a GREAT day!

Also, last weekend, I updated the bedroom at my boy's house. Technically I guess it's my house, too, now. Took the big plunge.....! Hooooooo. Anywho, things are going great over here in sunny McL- minus the fact that the sun hasn't shone in about 3 months. Who is ready for summer? Can I get an amen?

I'm thinking about starting a couple DIY projects pretty soon. I'll try to remember to take pics and post here so that all of our followers (yehhh) can see my progress! Here are a few of the things I want to do this spring:
1) Paint the spare bedroom.... Gotta get this done, boys.
2) Update a few of the old frames I have with some hot spray paint and new pics!
3) I want to turn an old end table into an ottoman.... This is pretty ambitious, but I am going to try!
4) I need to buy a new rug and redo the living room... Not really a DIY, but a big project for sure.

Also, Valentine's Day is coming up! What are you getting for your loves? Mine has a newfound interest in guns.....weird, I know. So, I need to get him an accessory for his newest toy. What should it be? Maybe a hot pink shooting vest? Lol.
